ジェイ・デビッド・ボルターは、ジョージア工科大学のニューメディアのウェズリー・チェア。新しいメディアについて書くことに加えて、Bolter は新しいデジタル メディア形式の構築に協力している。Michael Joyce と共に、ハイパーテキスト オーサリング システムである Storyspace を作成した。Augmented Environments Lab のメンバーとして、彼は AR アプリケーションを開発して、文化遺産と非公式教育のために劇的で物語的な体験を演出している。
